Danielle Robitaille practices exclusively in the areas of criminal and regulatory litigation. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Appeal and has represented individuals charged with a full range of criminal offences. She has also defended individuals and corporations facing disciplinary and regulatory action and/or investigation. In 2007 and 2008 Ms. Robitaille appeared regularly before the Cornwall Public Inquiry, a provincial commission of inquiry.
Danielle received her honors Bachelor or Arts from the University of Toronto where she majored in Political Science. She received her law degree from Dalhousie University in 2006 where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies and was awarded the Muriel Duckworth Award for raising consciousness of women's issues and feminism in the legal community as well as the G. O. Forsyth award for excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Danielle is a member of the Advocate’s Society, the Criminal Lawyers’ Association and the Child Advocacy Project defending children and youth who face suspension, expulsion, or exclusion from their school.
